BEL Installations was established by four independent specialists in commercial and domestic electrical installation, structural waterproofing, chartered and remedial surveying, joinery and general building, who saw the need to serve the growing demand for dry & waterproofed basements, lofts and everything in between!
(how about mentioning global warming, weather, emphasis on water ingress in places not usually affected. Drains not being adequate to cope etc.?) The need for more specialist, and comprehensive attention to the problems.
With over 35 years of experience in domestic and commercial construction - basements, refurbishments, extensions, electrical installations, structural waterproofing - recent years have shown a much greater demand for quality, guaranteed, waterproofed basements and below-ground living. Surely not just basements
We keep abreast of new developments and satisfy the audit procedures on technical competence, quality control and health and safety compliance required by insurers, local authorities and housing associations.
We have built good relationships in all areas of domestic and commercial work and receive most of our contracts through personal recommendation.
